PAYPAL ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Your account will be billed at the time of purchase. We will follow-up promptly within 2 business days (via email) to confirm the processing of your order and let you know when it will ship.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase to view the design.
If you have problems ordering with us, please try to do the following first before contacting us:
[A] CONFIRM YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS CORRECT: Please make sure to enter the exact billing address that appears on your credit card statement when completing your order.
[B] RESTART: Restarting your computer may get rid of some glitches that your computer may encounter. Revisit the site and try your order again.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Orders typically ship out within 2 business days (as applicable Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Our merchandise is well stocked, however, if for any reason a particular size or style is not available at the time of your order - we will contact you right away via email to notify you of a possible delay in shipment (delays are usually no more than 2-3 days at most). If an item is on backorder, you may elect to change or cancel that portion of your order with a customer service representative. Your order will be held until it can be filled completely and all backordered goods are in stock.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
It is the desire of Contempt Clothing Company to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. As such, we begin processing your order within minutes after your order is placed online. Once your transaction is authorized, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order (with exception of out of stock or backordered items). If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate our customers - we just ask that you let us know by email right away.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States):
All orders placed with Contempt Clothing ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase (as applicable Monday through Friday). You will be notified via email when your order ships. All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Take extra care in providing address information during order processing, as Contempt Clothing will not be held responsible for missing shipments due to incorrect address information or mail that is not delivered for any reason by the postal carrier.
PRIORITY MAIL (and First Class Mail):
We ship all orders via Priority Mail with the U.S. Post Office. First Class Mail may be used primarily for posters and smaller items such as stickers - everything else (clothing, etc.) will usually ship out via Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days from ship date. There are times when delivery can be expected to take up to a week or longer. However, this is a very rare delay, and is typically seasonal when the post office is inundated with mail (U.S. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving). All orders shipping via Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives safely and both parties may track its progress.
AIRMAIL/GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL:
International Rates vary depending upon the destination and total weight of the items purchased - unlike shipping via the postal system within the US, there is no cap on shipping charges to international destinations. All orders from Contempt Clothing Company ship from the United States. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are concerned about shipping rates to your country.
Shipping to international destinations normally take anywhere from 4 to 10 working days to arrive depending upon the destination country. Air and Global Priority Mail, while very affordable, have no guaranteed arrival times, so there are (very rare) occasions where shipments take a bit longer than 10 working days.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
We use only the highest quality ring spun cotton t-shirts available on the market. Our Beefy Tees are just that - Hanes Beefy Tees. All of our shirts are produced using a silk screen process ensuring long usage. Each of shirts have a total of 4 prints; the front design, a sleeve monogram design, the Contempt logo on the back and the shirt info on the inside back area. We take great pride in offering high quality products to our customers.
Contempt Clothing uses FlexFit™ hats which are considered the best in the industry. No buckles, No snaps, No ugly breakable plastic straps - just a nice clean comfortable fitting hat for any head size. This unique and patented hat has the style, look and feel of a fitted cap. A spandex thin inlaid sweatband stretches to fit any head size. This hat also features threadsewn eyelet ventilation for the utmost comfort in warm weather. Take a look at almost any quality licensed sports hat or brand hat on the market and you’ll likely find a Flexfit label.
Contempt Clothing features only black tees at this time. We will be adding more options in the future as new design lines are released.
Contempt Clothing offers Tee-shirt sizes of Large, X-Large (extra large) & XXL (double extra large) at this time. Additional size options will be available in the near future. Our shirts are printed on 100% cotton 6.1 oz heavyweight Hanes Beefy-Tees because we feel they are the highest quality and most durable garment on the market today. We do not print on inferior lightweight or 50-50 blend garments.
All imprinted garments should be washed inside-out in cold water without bleach to preserve your shirt design and material. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. To get the most mileage out of your printed shirts, do not tumble dry (nor dry clean); instead, hang your washed garments up to air dry. After drying your t-shirt(s), if ironing is desired, iron on the reverse side only (turning shirt inside-out first), and never iron directly over the imprinted design.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will gladly refund any unworn or unwashed garment (minus the shipping costs) within 30 days of your purchase.
Contempt Clothing will pay for the shipping for the return of merchandise found to be defective in manufacturing. Our quality control is very stringent; therefore, the likelihood of receiving any defective goods is extremely low. Customers wishing to return a purchase must follow each step below:
 Contact us via email or letter by mail in order to receive instructions and approval for a return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION AND APPROVAL!
 Provide your order number (as well as name, address and telephone or email for contact) so that you can briefly explain the defect, and we may then provide you with details on where/how to return your item(s).
NOTE: Returns that are not solicited following this simple two-part process will not be accepted and any unsolicited items will not be returned.
Exchanges for different size or design are acceptable in most cases (again, this is applicable to unwashed, unworn, unused goods only), but customers must pay for the additional shipping cost of the exchange. Please also follow the 2-step process above before returning any merchandise for an exchange.
The Contempt Clothing only uses your payment information in order to effectively process your order. Payments made via Paypal are secure. Please refer to the PAYPAL WEB SITE for more information.
Contempt Clothing will never solicit, sell or otherwise share your private information with any other entity / institution. From time to time, Contempt Clothing may contact our customers with special notices regarding Contempt Clothing – related sales, coupon opportunities and new products available at ContemptClothing.com. If you do not wish for us to contact you for this purpose, please state so within the "comments" section during your check-out - or simply send us an email at email@example.com.
